Milwaukee’s 3494-23R M12 three-tool combo kit has returned at a reported promotional price of $199 for the 2026 holiday shopping season. ToolGuyd says a two-tool kit is also back at $149; the three-tool version adds a brushed 3/8-inch ratchet, two 2Ah batteries, a charger and a tool bag.
Milwaukee’s M12 3494-23R three-tool combo kit is back at a reported $199 promotional price for the 2026 holiday shopping season, according to tool news site ToolGuyd. The kit bundles a compact brushless drill and impact driver with a brushed 3/8-inch ratchet, offering shoppers a third tool for $50 more than the reported $149 price of the two-tool combo.
ToolGuyd says the three-tool set includes Milwaukee’s M12 compact brushless drill, a compact brushless impact driver and an older, brushed-motor 3/8-inch ratchet. The package also includes two 2Ah batteries, a charger and a tool bag. The source identifies the set as model 3494-23R.
The reported $149 two-tool promotion covers the drill-and-driver pairing without the ratchet. The $199 three-tool option therefore costs $50 more, according to ToolGuyd’s listed prices. The report does not identify a retailer or provide a direct purchase link in the supplied material, so shoppers should check current listings and package details before buying.
ToolGuyd characterizes the included ratchet as a value-oriented, older brushed model rather than one of Milwaukee’s newer M12 Fuel brushless ratchets. The site says the newer models offer more power or features, while the brushed version is less expensive. It also gives a personal assessment of the drill and driver, saying it prefers their ergonomics to the M12 Fuel versions despite those tools being less powerful. These are the publication’s evaluations, not manufacturer specifications provided in the report.
The Ratchet Adds $50
The choice between the two kits comes down to whether a buyer expects to use a cordless ratchet. At the prices reported by ToolGuyd, paying $50 more adds the ratchet along with the rest of the three-tool package. That may appeal to someone who has a use for a powered ratchet and wants to keep the purchase within the M12 battery system.
For shoppers who mainly want a drill and impact driver, the $149 two-tool option avoids paying for an accessory they may not need. ToolGuyd argues that the ratchet makes the larger kit attractive as an add-on, but that is a value judgment; the right choice depends on how the tools will be used and whether the included brushed model meets the buyer’s needs.
The price comparison also has limits. The source does not provide a full current market survey or confirm how long the offers will run. Buyers should compare the kit’s contents and current price with other available bundles rather than treating the reported promotion as a guaranteed lowest price.

Two M12 Bundle Options
The report presents the offers as part of the 2026 holiday shopping season, describing both the three-tool kit and the two-tool combo as returning promotions. Its focus is the difference in bundle contents: a drill and impact driver in the lower-priced option, with a brushed ratchet added in the higher-priced version.
ToolGuyd notes that the included ratchet is not the latest M12 Fuel brushless model. That distinction matters because the kits combine tools with different motor designs and feature levels. The source does not supply detailed performance specifications, battery runtime figures or a side-by-side test, so those comparisons cannot be independently assessed from the report alone.
The publication also says similar promotional combo kits are likely to be available through the holiday season. That is its expectation based on deal patterns, not a confirmed schedule or guarantee from Milwaukee or a retailer. The source discloses that ToolGuyd may earn an affiliate commission from purchases made through its links.

Availability and Terms Need Checking
The supplied report does not specify which retailer is offering the kits, the promotion’s start or end date, current inventory, or whether the listed prices apply in every location. It also does not state whether additional conditions, such as membership requirements or shipping costs, affect the final price. Those details should be checked with the seller before purchase.
ToolGuyd says comparable deals do not usually sell out quickly, but that statement is the site’s assessment and does not confirm stock levels for this particular offer. The report also does not establish that the kit’s $199 price is the lowest available price, or provide independent testing to verify the site’s comments about tool ergonomics and performance.
Check Listings Before Buying
Shoppers can compare current listings for model 3494-23R with the two-tool bundle, confirming the included tools, batteries, charger and bag as well as the final checkout price. They should also verify that the offer is active and review the seller’s return terms. ToolGuyd expects more promotional combo kits during the holiday season, but it does not name future deals or give a timetable; whether this offer changes or remains available is not confirmed.
Key Questions
What is included in the Milwaukee M12 3494-23R kit?
According to ToolGuyd, it includes a compact brushless drill, compact brushless impact driver, brushed 3/8-inch ratchet, two 2Ah batteries, a charger and a tool bag.
What prices does the report give?
ToolGuyd reports a $199 price for the three-tool kit and $149 for the two-tool drill-and-driver combo. Current pricing and availability should be checked with the seller.
Is the included ratchet a brushless M12 Fuel model?
No. ToolGuyd describes it as an older brushed-motor 3/8-inch ratchet, not one of Milwaukee’s newer M12 Fuel brushless ratchets.
Is the three-tool bundle worth the extra $50?
That depends on whether you expect to use a cordless ratchet. The reported price difference is $50, but the value depends on your needs and the ratchet’s suitability; ToolGuyd’s recommendation is an opinion, not a guarantee that the bundle is the best available deal.
How long will the promotion last?
The supplied report does not give an end date or confirm stock levels. Check the retailer’s listing for current terms; ToolGuyd’s expectation that similar holiday deals will continue is not a confirmed schedule.
